Video and data playlists on the animation timeline

4.7.30

Video layers and data playlists sat outside the new animation timeline. A video ran on its own clock, and a visual with a data playlist could not move its old animations to the timeline at all.

Now you play, pause and scrub a video layer right from the timeline, and a data playlist gets Item in and Item out on its template. When a visual still can't move, the designer lists what stops it and how to fix each one.
