Store
Every studio, the same files.
Show artwork, presenter photos, logos and video sit in one folder tree for the whole station. Drag files in, move them in bulk, and every studio works from the same copy.
Changes show up straight away, so whoever else has the library open sees a file move while you move it.
Process
Drop it in, ready for the screen.
A video becomes a 1080p master at its own frame rate, and an image is stored in four sizes, from thumbnail up to output. Nobody prepares versions by hand before a graphic can use them.
A long video upload picks up where it stopped if the connection drops. In a graphic, an image layer waits for its picture to load before it animates in, so it never arrives as an empty frame.

Search from anywhere in VRA.
Press F or Cmd+K on any page and search the whole station at once: images, videos and files, and also Visuals, shows, presenters, recordings and cameras.
Inside the library, tags and fields of your own narrow it down. One tag works the same on a video, an image or a Visual.
Recover
Deleted is not gone yet.
Anything you delete goes to the bin first, where you can filter it by type and bring it back with its content intact.
Images, videos and files stay in the bin for a week before they are removed for good.

- PNG JPEG GIF WebP SVGUp to 10 MB, 12,000 px and 100 megapixels per image. Four automatic variants per upload. No animated WebP.
- Video
- MP4 MOV MXF MKV AVI WebM MPEG-2 TSUp to 5 GB, 180 minutes and 200 Mbps per file, transcoded to a 1080p master at the source frame rate, 70 fps at most. Alpha is flattened on upload, so keyed video plays from local media on the Render Engine instead.
- Uploads
- Video resumes over TUS in 50 MB chunks after a dropped connection. Other files upload in parts.
- Search
- Thirteen result types across the station from one shortcut, F or Cmd+K. The library itself filters by type, source and text.
- Metadata and tags
- Station-defined fields on every asset, plus 15 IPTC Core fields you can switch on. Fields are filled in by hand, nothing is read from the file. Tags apply across images, videos and Visuals.
- Bin and retention
- Deleted images, videos and uploaded files are kept for one week, then removed for good.
